CSI/DSI Flex Flat Cables

These are the 15-pin Raspberry Pi (not Pi Zero!) compatible CSI (camera interface) / DSI (display interface) flex flat cables. The CSI/DSI Flex Flat Cables are available in eight lengths (note all lengths are approximate):

• 2″ / 50 mm (FFC-0050)
• 2.75″ / 70 mm (FFC-0070)
• 3.25″ / 80 mm (FFC-0080)
• 4″ / 102 mm (FFC-0102)
• 6″ / 152 mm (FFC-0152)
• 8″ / 203 mm (FFC-0203)
• 12″ / 305 mm (FFC-0305)
• 18″ / 457 mm (FFC-0457)
• 24″ / 610 mm (FFC-0610)
• 39″ / 1 m (FFC-1000)
• 79″ / 2 m (FFC-2000)

The CSI/DSI Extender connects two 15-pin flex flat cables (those used with the Raspberry Pi cameras and displays). The extended cable may or may not work for combined lengths greater than 250 mm; so don’t expect to connect two 2 meter cables, and not have some issues. For greater lengths, consider using the ArduCAM CSI to HDMI Cable Extension Module. A better use of the extender allows easy access to a quick disconnect, so you’re not fumbling with the connectors at the camera or Raspberry Pi board.
